2014 are right at our heels and what better way to ring in the New Year then with a new brand? Jumpstart have now been in business for seven years and have mastered the beginning stages to our company. We opened our doors in 2007 with the humble beginnings of working on just website design and development. By working on just one aspect of the company it sharpened our business skills and customer service. Slowly, each year, we started to break into other facets of design and development. Now, we feel it’s time for a “Brand” new year!
We started to see a trend in clients that we have worked with the past year who collectively needed a brand along with the print and online elements to support it. Below are several examples of well-rounded brands that Jumpstart has worked on in 2013:
Nutmeg State Games
One of our first and valued clients that came to us needing a brand, the Nutmeg State Games have a wide range of branded elements this past year. Jumpstart created a fully functional website that consisted of displaying rules, schedules, waivers and contacts that are all bucketed into the appropriate sport. Schedules, results, articles and other dynamic-based information along with an online registration system for sports and events are completely managed in our customized CMS tool for the client. To round off their online presence, a Facebook page, email blasting system and Instagram were all designed in the Nutmeg State Game look. We then designed printed pieces such as postcards, t-shirts with campaign slogans, brochures and a four-page insert that was placed in the New Britain Herald for interested members attending the function. Jumpstart submitted an entry to the Advertising Club of Connecticut for Nutmeg State Games and won Integrated Digital Marketing Campaign for 2013! What an honor it was, but if was also a verification that we were going in the right direction.
An organizational blog had not only approached me to write for their resource that encourages a woman's healthy balanced lifestyle but also to help bring their brand together. Jumpstart swooped in with giving the logo it’s final touches and applying a make over to the website, Facebook and Twitter pages. We also set up an Instagram page and created business cards for them to hand out to their bloggers.

Great, click here! It was a great exercise for not only the bloggers attending but for me too. It made me realize how important this year was for Jumpstart breaking into the full service branding company that we dreamed it would be some day.
A professional leadership coach approached us with the need to get her brand up and running. Since it was in the beginning stages of being a start up, Jumpstart customized this branding assignment to fit the needs and budget of the client. We focused on social media, print elements such as business cards and postcards as well as a landing page to tie it all together. Just another example of our customer service we take pride in with all our clients and their specialized business needs!
